For public works subcontractors

Certified payroll, filed every week. Unlimited jobs, one flat price.

Every public works job means a certified payroll report, every week, for every worker. Miss one and you risk the job. We turn your payroll into the report — WH‑347 federal and state formats — for $249/month, however many jobs you run.

01 / The weekly grind

The report is weekly. The penalty is the job.

Prevailing wage law requires a certified payroll record for every worker, on every public works job, every week — filed with the awarding agency or the state. It is the same work, over and over, and it never stops while the job runs.

Re-typing

The hours already exist in your payroll. Someone re-enters them by hand into a different form, in a different order, every Monday.

Per-job pricing

Most tools charge by the number of active jobs. Win three more contracts and your software bill goes up — for the same weekly task.

Classifications

Wage determinations, fringe benefits, apprentice ratios. Get a classification wrong and the correction lands on you, weeks later.

02 / Why we exist

We are not cheaper per feature. We are cheaper per job.

The established tools are good. They are also priced for contractors who run a lot of jobs and have someone whose job is compliance. If that is you, buy theirs — we mean it. If you run five to fifty jobs a year and the office manager does payroll on top of everything else, the math stops working.

If you run… Per-job pricing Us, flat
5 active jobs ≈ $145/mo $249/mo
20 active jobs grows with each job $249/mo
50 active jobs ≈ $616/mo $249/mo

Comparison figures are the published list prices of a widely used certified payroll platform, converted to a monthly equivalent. Prices change — check theirs before you decide.

06 / Questions

Which states do you cover?

Federal WH‑347 works anywhere Davis‑Bacon applies. State-specific formats are added as contractors bring them — tell us yours and we will confirm before you commit to anything.

Do I have to change payroll software?

No. We read the export from what you already run. If your export is unusual, we map it once, by hand, at no charge.

Is my agency's portal supported?

Some agencies accept an uploaded file, others require entry in their own portal. We tell you which yours is before you pay anything — it changes how much time this actually saves you.

What if I stop bidding public work?

Cancel from the account screen. Month to month, no notice period, and your filed reports stay exportable for as long as you need them.
